Job Description
A Warranty Administrator manages and processes product warranty claims,ensuring compliance,customer satisfaction,and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsbilities Manage Warranty Claims:
Receive,process,and review warranty claims from customers,verifying eligibilty and adherence to company policies and manufacturing guidelines Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all warranty paperwork is complete,accurate,and submitted on time,reclocile claims with payments and follow up on outstanding claims Customer Interaction:
Serve as the primary liasion between customers,service department, and manufacturers,providing updates on claim status and resolving issues Parts and Inventory Management:
Track warranty parts,arrange returns or disposal, and coordinate with vendors for replacements Data Analysis and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records pf claims,analze warranty data to identify trends,and sugeest improvements in processes or product design Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure efficient handling and customer satisfaction Required Skills and Qualifications Customer Service Skills:
Ability to handle complaints,inquiries,and provide professional support Organizational Skills:
Manage high volumes of claims and maintain accurate,accessible records Attention to Detail:
Ensure accuracy in documentation,claim processing, and compliance with policies Analytical Skills:
E valute warranty data to identify recurring issues and trends Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communocation to interact with customers,vendors,and internal teams Technical Knowledge:
