Responsibilities We are seeking a Claims Intern to support critical departmental functions while gaining exposure to real-world processes within the insurance industry from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026. In this position, you will provide support for high exposure and litigated work injury claims including: Review claim files for coding accuracy and data integrity Analyze prior and subsequent loss history to identify potential fraud indicators or mitigation opportunities Assist with reserve adequacy reviews under supervision of claims leadership Participate in experimental and pilot use of AI tools within the claims process Gain hands-on experience across multiple lines of business within Claims, as workload and projects allow Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong reading and writing skills for summarizing medical reports and legal updates The ideal candidate is inquisitive and able to think critically Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required Perfect opportunity for college students pursuing Criminal Justice or a similar field of study
