Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework:
This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.Salary:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of technical investigative or construction and trades experience and a bachelor's degree; or Two years of technical investigative or construction and trades experience and an associate's degree in a field related to investigative or construction and trades work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training..Additional Requirements:
You must possess and maintain federally compliant identification such as a U.S. Passport, REAL ID, or Military ID. Proof of possession will be needed at the time of a conditional offer of employment. You must live in or be willing to move to the geographic region the Pittsburgh District Office covers by date of hire. Expenses will not be paid.Counties include:
Allegheny, Beaver, Crawford, Erie, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland. You must demonstrate ability to adhere to the values and ethics of the Department of Labor & Industry. You must demonstrate ability to work with professionalism, discretion, and good work ethic. You must have solid written and verbal communication skills. You must show initiative and problem solving skill. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience in conducting investigations or working in construction and trades, business management, financial services, accounting, or conflict resolution An associate's degree or greater, in a field related to investigative work in construction and trades, business management, financial services, accounting, or conflict resolution Experience enforcing labor standards or labor and employment laws Experience testifying at administrative or court hearings How toApply:
