What You'll Do Review and manage claims from start to finish Investigate mechanical failures and determine root cause Verify contract coverage, eligibility, and applicable warranties or recalls Review inspections and work directly with repair facilities Evaluate repair options and recommend cost-effective solutions Estimate repair costs using Alldata and internal systems Apply contract terms accurately and consistently Authorize repairs, towing, rental, and lodging within guidelines Escalate complex or high-cost claims when needed Communicate clearly with customers, shops, and internal teams Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation Handle inbound claims through the Powertrain call queue What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Either:

3+ years of automotive mechanical experience, or 4+ years in a related claims role, or Equivalent experience Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs ASE or manufacturer certifications (a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think critically and make sound decisions Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and claims systems Why NVP Warranty? Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
