What We Do The Claims Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to Claims Counsel/Analyst in the form of basic research and assisting in the file preparation and management.
What You'll Do:
Assist in investigating claims and provide support to Claims Counsels/Analysts Obtain relevant documentation, compile closing files / title research for Claims Counsel/Analyst's investigation Maintain schedules / calendars and expense reports Handle invoices / billing and work closely with accounting to accomplish payment of all expenses / settlements Assist with major claims as needed Provide paralegal support to Claims Counsels/Analysts as needed
What You'll Bring:
Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure High School Diploma or equivalent Typically has 1-2 years administrative experience Title insurance preferred Paralegal certification desirable What We Offer By choice, we don't simply accept individuality - we embrace it, we support it, and we thrive on it!
