Job Description

Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C is hiring a full-time Foreclosure Supervisor. The Foreclosure Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Louisiana foreclosure processes. This includes supervising foreclosure teams, ensuring legal compliance, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and managing documentation and filings related to foreclosures. The Foreclosure Supervisor will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, resolving escalated issues, and conducting quality control checks.
Job Duties:
Communicate team needs and issues to management Approve all time off for direct reports and ensure appropriate coverage is in place Support their team and assist in maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment Escalate issues per the firm's escalation policies Improve and optimize procedures in collaboration with manager where possible Be a positive and motivating example to others Foster a collaborative environment through cross training and teamwork
Responsibilities:
Organize Workflow for Respective States Ensure tasks are completed timely and client deadlines are met Audit milestone tasks within their state processes for compliance Work with compliance team to remediate any issues identified Train new processors Ensure processors understand their responsibilities Provide consistent and constructive feedback and coaching Communicate process changes, client expectations and updates from management to the team Monthly Team & Individual Meetings Annual Reviews for direct reports Prepare and implement performance improvement plans as needed Track and communicate staffing needs to management Prepare client chronologies Handle stop, hold, postponement & proceed requests Monitor daily referrals Monitor client websites and ensures respective states are cleared daily Work with State Attorney on any issues or complicated files - update records for future reference Ensure client and firm requirements are being met Ensure staff has all appropriate client logins & access
