Insurance Analyst•Riskonnect Implementation Portland, Oregon•Added Jun 24th, 2026 Insurance Analyst (Riskonnect Implementation Support) Our local client, a well-established Pacific Northwest energy and infrastructure organization, is seeking a Contract Insurance Analyst to support the implementation of Riskonnect, an enterprise insurance and claims management platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with insurance data, systems, and structured processes. In this role, you will partner closely with the Insurance Risk Manager and cross-functional project stakeholders to support system configuration, testing, data accuracy, and reporting. The primary focus will be ensuring insurance and claims information is accurate, complete, and successfully transitioned into Riskonnect.

$70.00•80.00/hr., DOE Key Responsibilities of the
Insurance Analyst:
Support the build, testing, and rollout of Riskonnect, including insurance policy records, coverage details, claims workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), document defects, track enhancements, and help coordinate resolution efforts Partner with internal users and the Riskonnect implementation team to gather feedback and support a smooth system transition Assist with creating system documentation, job aids, and basic training materials Support insurance administration activities including claims tracking, reporting, renewal data preparation, exposure summaries, and policy documentation Maintain accurate insurance records, claims documentation, and related correspondence Ideal Candidate Profile of the
Insurance Analyst:
2-5+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role Understanding of commercial insurance concepts including property, casualty, and claims Experience working with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and structured information Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and support data cleanup efforts Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract environment Preferred Experience of the
Insurance Analyst:
Hands-on experience with Riskonnect (policy, claims, or reporting modules) Previous involvement with system implementations, upgrades, data migrations, or UAT processes Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, or regulated industries Advanced Excel skills including data reconciliation, cleanup, and analysis Experience partnering with insurance brokers, claims adjusters, or third-party vendors This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between insurance operations and technology while helping implement a system that will create long-term business impact.
