Insurance Claims Coordinator - Roofing

Duties Review and process roofing insurance claims accurately and promptly, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with policy requirements Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate claim assessments and repairs Contact claims adjusters and other parties to facilitate team scheduling Conduct thorough analysis of claim details for discrepancies and inaccurate calculations Negotiate and communicate payment terms with insurance companies to achieve fair outcomes for all parties involved Maintain detailed records of all claim activities, correspondence, and adjustments using financial software systems Skills Roofing industry experience is required Strong analysis skills to evaluate claim validity, damage assessments, and repair estimates Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple claims simultaneously with precision Experience in JobNimbus, CompanyCam, Xactimate is a plus Effective negotiation skills to settle claims fairly while protecting company interests Exceptional customer service abilities to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with clients and stakeholders This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their expertise in insurance claims management within the roofing sector.
