NJ Government Cost Allocation / CSCAP Specialist Confidential Kearny, NJ Job Details Contract $90 - $100 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Finance SOX Budget account management (social services) Data collection Training Negotiation Full Job Description Our firm is pursuing a government contract in NJ to provide cost reporting and reimbursement consulting services for a County government including a psychiatric hospital, welfare agency, and Title IV-D programs. We need an experienced government cost allocation specialist to lead preparation of the County's annual Central Service Cost Allocation Plan (CSCAP), indirect cost proposals, and Title IV-D facility cost claims. This is a 1099 consultant contract engagement.
Deliverables:
Prepare County-wide CSCAP using double step-down cost allocation per 2 CFR 200 / ASMB C-10 Develop annual indirect cost and fringe benefit rate proposals; negotiate with cognizant Federal/State agencies Prepare and submit Title IV-D facility cost claims — Forms JUD-230, JUDPA, and
WFNJ-230
Train County personnel on CSCAP methodology and data collection procedures Advise County on welfare, transportation, NJ Social Services programs, and general reimbursement opportunities Advisory on NJ County budget impact of State social services programs as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
