Job Description

Job Title:
SH&E Administrator Location:
St Paul, MN 55102 (HYBRID)
Duration:
5 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift:
8 am - 5 pm
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Pest Elimination Division with in-take, evaluation, investigation, documentation, communication and tracking of auto liability claims. Perform exposure/ coverage determination, cost estimation, and case management. Coordinate claim managing from notification to close. Support division and corporate management in minimizing exposure to claims and reducing the financial loss resulting from claims made against the division. Coordinate and communicate claim notification and findings to safety, operations, finance, administration, risk management and law departments Obtain necessary documentation, records, statements, and regulations and investigate scope of claim/ incident. Provide administrative support for the Pest Elimination dash camera program Provide administrative support for safety training and leading indicator recordkeeping

Pest Industry Education/Experience Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years in insurance claim
