We represent the largest shingle manufacturers in the world and install their products with care and pride. You can go from Inspector to partner here in a few short years. Most would say we don't fit into the traditional box that most roofers in this area do. An example of that is we don't park our behinds at desks sipping coffee hoping the phone rings. We go out and meet with homeowners and explain to them how they might qualify for a new roof through their insurance. (before they realize they have a HUGE problem) We do gutters and siding as well. Do we run estimates?? Sure do-- and that's the beauty of it. We aren't one of these oversized bloating roofing companies that parks an office somewhere every time a storm pops up and ONLY tosses out estimates till they run themselves out of town. We are trained in insurance/weather/construction methodology. Our upside is huge. This is a chance to get in as we grow. Our guys are home with their families at night and enjoy the perks of working for the best boutique roofing company on the east coast. My grandpa used to say it's better to have 4 quarters than 100 pennies...we are looking for a few more quarters. Your job- quite simply-is to make yourself as much money as you can handle. We train, we mentor and we support. This is an adult job--the field supervisors aren't babysitting. If you aren't able to work on your own and need someone looming over you, this job is probably not for you. Inner fire and self starters are what we need. -We inspect roofs. (If you are scared of heights you should keep scrolling job posts) -WE make a TON of money. That number we posted was conservative. Many of our inspectors make substantially more than that. And you should want that for yourself and your family. -Be coachable -Be positive. People who are positive WIN more. Its a fact. Duties Conduct inspections of storm damaged properties and assist homeowners in the insurance process. Make a friend.

WE DO KNOCK DOORS

(there is potentially 1.5k++behind every door in commissions...IF you can think of a better way than that to get ahold of homeowners let us know because nobody ever has come up with that. ;) Review insurance scopes for accuracy and fair exchange from insurance. Collect downpayment and final payments on installs. Get on roofs. If you are scared of heights--like previously mentioned...scroll on--sit this one out. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address any issues identified during inspections. Document findings and prepare detailed reports on inspection results for management review. Cool thing about this is we have minimal yet easy to fill out forms to detail your reports. We like tech and tools to help us in our jobs. Work smarter NOT harder. Provide recommendations for improvements based on inspection outcomes and industry best practices. Experience Inspection and construction backgrounds are a plus but not a deal breaker.
