$35/hour Position Overview This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of claims ranging from routine to complex and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution Analyze statutory and policy coverage, including primary and excess coverage Conduct claim investigations and oversee litigation and budget management through trial and appeal, as applicable Coordinate medical management and oversee vendor, medical, and settlement payments Establish and maintain appropriate reserves Handle claim reporting, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement activities Benefits information can be found here: https://www.remx.com/career-center/remx-benefits/ Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of progressively responsible workers' compensation claims experience Demonstrated experience handling New Jersey workers' compensation claims Strong knowledge of claim procedures, statutes, compliance requirements, insurance laws, and coverage Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Technology & Equipment Requirements Must have a personal desktop or laptop with high-speed internet access 3-5 years of progressively responsible workers' compensation claims experience
