Our team specializes in assisting customers with auto glass insurance claims while providing exceptional customer service and vehicle safety education. Position Overview Our Entry Level Glass Claims Specialists work directly with customers to assist with the claims process, answer questions, and help coordinate vehicle safety inspections and windshield replacements when approved through insurance. No experience is required, we provide paid training and hands-on mentorship from experienced leaders.
