Claims Adjuster

Claims Adjuster - Job Description We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join our team. This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving insurance claims in a timely and fair manner while delivering excellent service to policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Review insurance policies to determine coverage and liability Investigate claims by gathering statements, inspecting damages, and reviewing documentation Assess property damage or injuries and determine claim value Negotiate settlements with claimants and vendors Maintain accurate claim files and detailed reports Ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations Manage multiple claims simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous claims adjusting experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Adjuster license (if required by state)
