The Role:
As a Resolution Specialist Level I, you will investigate all auto lines claims by competently evaluating, disposing, and settling claims with moderate supervision. You will examine investigations, determine, and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages, and settle within the proper reserves. This is an in-office position.

Paid Early Release Days Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages in a timely manner following a set of general claim and statutory guidelines. Assist customers and claimants with problems or questions regarding claims by phone or through written correspondence, while providing a high level of customer service. Establish initial reserves for all potential exposures and adjust as appropriate. Conduct thorough investigations including but not limited to, obtaining necessary documents, forms, and witness statements, as well as conducting recorded statements. Ensure timely assignment of appraisals using company-approved vendors, determine accident-related damages, and provide rental vehicles to insureds and claimants as needed. Communicate with involved parties and negotiate appropriate settlements with claimants, insureds, and attorneys within approved authority. Effective management of outside vendors utilized. Recognize recovery opportunities regarding total loss and salvage, as well as subrogation. In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations within the states which Ag Workers is licensed. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service with the ability to manage difficult interactions calmly and professionally (de-escalation) while prioritizing customer experience. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in every customer interaction. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask multiple priorities effectively. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships, collaborate well, and mentor those with less experience. Strong ability to prepare and present accurate, reliable, and factual reports with recommendations to appropriate parties. Ability to use exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365 products including, but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Proficiency with InsureSoft/Diamond Policy Management System or a similar claims management system. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Texas Adjuster License and maintain with CE Requirements. CPCU, CLMP, AIC, INS or other insurance related courses preferred. Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience of Bodily Injury and Large Loss Specialist.
