$45,000•55,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their claims department. This position is responsible for overseeing the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the claims department. Review, evaluate, and resolve complex or high-value insurance claims. Ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor claim reserves, settlements, and payments. Investigate escalated claims and resolve customer complaints or disputes. Partner with underwriting, legal, risk management, and customer service teams to address claim-related matters. Manage relationships with external vendors, attorneys, medical providers, and independent adjusters. Support business objectives through strong claim resolution outcomes and exceptional customer service. Qualifications 3+ years of Personal and/or Commercial Insurance experience. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
