Time:
9-3pm EST or 10-2pm EST (Manager is flexible and will work w/contractor on the timeframe)
  • OT•NONE Day to day responsibilities: • Point of Contact at the Front Desk of claims office • Working with customers on their total loss paperwork and verifying information • Obtaining documents from customers • Handling payments • Entering information into claims system • Printing, faxing, mailing•outgoing and incoming • Supply ordering, filing, organizing • Tasks from internal system/queue to complete•creating FedEx labels, mailing, and faxing Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required: • High School diploma or GED equivalent • 2-3 years of experience in face-to-face customer service role
Candidate Requirements:
  • Customer Service skills: specifically face-to-face as this contractor will be working directly with customers who are settling their losses, so having patience and showing empathy is important to the role
  • Quality Check is accurate
  • MS•Office Suite•Little data entry•internal • Excellent written and verbal communication • Organized and attention detail•as they will be checking documents for accuracy • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other claims admin support specialists from time to time • Display leadership while in the office

  • This office has their own open parking; they're located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator
