Caregiver Certification Full Job Description Schedule:
Full-time. Monday-Friday. Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily administrative operations of our senior living community. This role works closely with the Executive Director to help ensure smooth office operations, maintain required documentation, coordinate staff records, and assist with regulatory and operational requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Director to support the administrative and operational needs of the community. Maintain required documentation, records, and checklists to help ensure ongoing compliance with applicable state regulations and company policies. Monitor departmental documentation and communicate with department leaders regarding required updates and deadlines. Coordinate employee credential tracking, including certifications, training, and renewal dates. Help ensure employee records remain current and complete. Track mandatory staff training, in-service education, and attendance records. Stay informed of applicable state regulatory updates and assist with implementing administrative changes as needed. Coordinate scheduling and documentation of emergency preparedness and disaster drills. Monitor the status of building permits, operating licenses, and other required facility documentation. Foster positive working relationships with staff, community partners, and regulatory representatives. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Certified Caregiver certification is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Experience Previous administrative, office management, or executive assistant experience preferred. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related environment is beneficial. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Skills & Requirements Minimum age of 25 years. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and standard office software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Fingerprint clearance required or ability to obtain one. Ability to respond appropriately during emergency situations. Full-time availability. Physical Requirements The position may require: Sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as needed. Reading, writing, speaking, and active listening. Communicating effectively with staff, residents, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Remaining calm and professional during emergencies or high-pressure situations. Work Environment Occasional exposure to communicable illnesses and other healthcare-related environmental conditions.
