Job Description:
Join Our Team as a Compliance Manager! We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across Retail , Wholesale, and Correspondent Mortgage channels. This role will ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, manage compliance risks, and provide strategic guidance to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the compliance expert for TRID, ECOA, HMDA, ATR/QM, RESPA, and Fair Lending regulations. Develop and maintain compliance policies, monitoring programs, and internal controls. Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and support regulatory examinations. Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on business impacts. Lead and mentor the compliance team while partnering with cross-functional departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of mortgage compliance experience. Leadership experience within a compliance function. Strong knowledge of Conventional, Government, and Non-Agency mortgage products. Experience with compliance audits, monitoring, and risk management. Multi-State MLO License preferred.
