Content and AI Compliance Senior Manager _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ New York, NY, USA; Austin, TX, USA; +4 more; +3 more . Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. + 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in a relevant field (e. g., law, business, compliance). + Compliance certification. + Experience identifying potential risks and developing solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential issues. + Experience developing structured processes, and drafting compliance-related documentation, controls, and policies. + Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$294,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
