Join our growing team as a Licensing Manager and play a critical role in supporting provider growth across multiple states. About the Role The Licensing Manager will own the full lifecycle of provider licensing operations, ensuring physicians and healthcare providers maintain active, compliant licensure across all operating states. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a licensing function while partnering with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Credentialing, Compliance, and HR teams. What You''ll Do ✅ Manage provider licensing from application through renewal, reinstatement, and multi-state expansion ✅ Build and optimize licensing workflows, SOPs, tracking systems, and compliance processes ✅ Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and telehealth regulations ✅ Track licensing metrics, renewal timelines, and organizational licensing needs ✅ Support expansion into new states, specialties, and service lines ✅ Partner with recruiting and operations teams to align licensing with onboarding and provider coverage requirements ✅ Develop scalable processes and infrastructure to support organizational growth ✅ Transition into leading and developing a future team of Licensing Specialists Qualifications ✔ 5+ years of provider licensing experience ✔ Multi-state provider licensing experience required ✔ 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience ✔ Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing regulations and telehealth compliance ✔ Experience managing licensing databases, tracking systems, and provider records ✔ Proven ability to build, improve, and scale operational processes ✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Experience ⭐ Telehealth or multi-state healthcare organization experience ⭐ CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) ⭐ CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Services Management) ⭐ Credentialing and provider enrollment experience Ideal Backgrounds Provider Licensing Manager Physician Licensing Manager Licensing Supervisor Medical Staff Licensing Manager Credentialing & Licensing Manager Provider Enrollment Manager If you''re looking for an opportunity to build and lead a high-impact licensing function within a fast-growing healthcare organization, we''d love to hear from you. 📩 Apply today or send your resume to [Your Email Address] Thanks Neil Davis
