ASSOCIATE HOA FINANCE AND COMPLIANCE COMMUNITY MANAGER
Management Company is seeking a
PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE MANAGER
to oversee a portfolio of Finance and Compliance Community Associations in San Diego County.
The Role:
Responsible for the overall supervision of portfolio for Finance and Compliance Associations, and has contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. The Associate Manager will interact with board members and guide them on the financial and compliance of the association. The candidate must be high energy self-starter who is well organized, articulate, pro-active and customer centric. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with excellent decision-making and time management skills.

  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, scanning, and distributing Board Meeting Agenda Packets
  • Organize regular and Annual Association meetings, and complete minutes
  • Field phone calls and respond to inquiries from homeowners and vendors
  • Update regularly calendars and records of the Association
  • Communicate with the Board to guide them on obtaining bids for HOA maintenance
  • Create vendor work order, if directed by the Board, and track completion
  • Conduct quarterly inspection of building facilities and/or association property
  • Provide recommendations to the Board regarding capital expenditures to maintain desired appearance and maintenance as written in their Reserve Study
  • Maintain HOA calendar for inspections, renewals of insurance and meeting dates
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS CMCA
designation is preferred.
