MUST BE LICENSED LCSW, LPCC OR LMFT
with minimum of 3-years of experience in SUD programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure the agency's compliance to all federal, state and local regulations regarding Substance Use Disorder programs. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-years experience in SUD programs and a strong background in management, particularly in relation to overseeing documentation standards and requirements for a SUD or similar program. Responsibilities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all federal, state, and county regulations as well as Medi-Cal documentation standards and best practices. Develop and oversee an internal audit system that assures superior documentation standards; this will include conducting regular chart audits for each program and providing comprehensive reports as needed regarding compliance with required documentation standards to Executive Director and Program Coordinators. In addition to reports on chart health, ensure programs are following requirements and all established procedures to maintain the highest professional practices and documentation. Address issues with staff who are out of compliance with documentation standards and communicate persistent problems to Executive Director and Program Coordinators. Work with staff to improve documentation, which may include individual and group training on documentation standards; provide trainings to ensure all staff remain current on relevant standards and regulations. As CRASH's Privacy Officer, investigate all incidents of suspected or actual disclosure of Protected Health Information and submit a written report of the investigation and any measures taken to ameliorate the incident to the Executive Director, who will report the results to appropriate authorities. Requirements
LCSW, LMFT OR LPCC REQUIRED
with minimum 3-years experience in SUD programs. Proven experience as a manager or supervisor overseeing documentation standards and requirements for a SUD or similar program. Experience conducting medical records audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Demonstrated ability to create new processes and systems, as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with people on all levels with both internal and external stakeholders. Must be flexible and adaptable to changes as required. Previous experience as a direct service clinician.
