Job Description

Compliance Manager Denver , CO Contract To Hire Finance $40/HR to $60/HR 04/23/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Compliance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the administration of enterprise wide compliance programs by overseeing daily monitoring investigations and required reporting. Manage customer due diligence processes including onboarding reviews enhanced monitoring and periodic risk assessments. Lead system usage and optimization efforts to improve monitoring reporting automation and data accuracy. Serve as a primary contact for examinations and audits by preparing documentation coordinating responses and supporting remediation. Guide and mentor compliance staff while promoting accountability continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in compliance roles focused on financial crime prevention and regulatory programs. 3+ years of leadership experience managing compliance or risk professionals. Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to financial crime and sanctions obligations. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast paced environment while meeting internal and external expectations.
Qualifications:
Apply strong judgment analytical thinking and problem solving skills when addressing complex or sensitive matters. Implement or enhance automated compliance solutions while maintaining strong internal controls. Develop maintain and improve policies procedures and reporting to align with regulatory expectations. Build productive relationships with internal partners external reviewers and senior leadership. Hold professional certification or advanced compliance training considered beneficial.
