will act as the primary liaison between our organization, insurance carriers, agents, and regulatory entities regarding consumer complaints and compliance matters. This individual will be responsible for: Reviewing allegations as needed Managing complaint resolutions Coordinating with carrier compliance departments Helping coach agents to reduce future compliance risks within our team This position offers the opportunity to work closely with major insurance carriers, company leadership, and sales teams while playing a key role in maintaining compliance standards throughout the organization! This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, protecting agent standing with state insurance departments, and ensuring consumer complaints are resolved professionally and efficiently. Additional Responsibilities Receiving, logging, and triaging consumer complaints from carriers, CMS Marketplace, and state Departments of Insurance Drafting and submitting responses to carrier and regulatory inquiries Monitoring agent complaint history and communicating resolutions or corrective actions Maintaining organized and auditable compliance records Tracking complaint trends and reporting findings to leadership Holding interactive compliance trainings and educational meetings Providing administrative support to compliance and sales teams Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, insurance operations, administration, or related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Strong coaching and leadership abilities Self-motivated with strong analytical skills Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain strong relationships with carriers, executives, and agents Professional verbal and written communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay Hourly Pay (Based on Experience) Benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on industry experience Direct exposure to carrier and executive-level operations Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Ability to
