Full-Time Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality department with a documented Quality Management System (QMS) Proficiency with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments Ability to read mechanical drawings and utilize precision measuring instruments
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager•Compliance to oversee and maintain our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. The Quality Manager•Compliance will lead audits, manage regulatory compliance initiatives, support quality processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other applicable standards Lead customer, vendor, internal, and certification audits Prepare documentation and teams for audit activities Manage corrective actions and audit findings through closure Oversee contract reviews, First Article Inspections, and compliance documentation Manage approved vendor lists, certificates of compliance, and export control requirements Verify testing processes, measurements, and inspection activities Coordinate quality initiatives with engineering and operations teams Lead efforts toward NADCAP certification and continuous improvement
