HOA Compliance Supervisor

Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented HOA Compliance Department Supervisor to lead application reviews, compliance, and department staff for a large HOA community. This role is key to maintaining community standards and ensuring smooth, consistent operations. Key Responsibilities Review and process homeowner applications (home improvements, new builds, etc.) Oversee compliance, violations, and resolutions Supervise and support department staff Prepare and attend Architectural Compliance Committe (ACC) and Board meetings (Meetings are held after 4 pm) Serve as main contact for homeowners and contractors Track and manage violations from start to resolution Communicate with homeowners, builders, and local county staff Maintain organized records and databases Conduct community inspections to ensure compliance Qualifications 3+ years in property management, admin, or architectural review Supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of HOA rules and Florida Statute 720 preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Caliber a plus) CAM license preferred Requirements Valid driver's license Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional benefits
