Yes Supervisor, Pharmacy Compliance and Diversion Prevention Responsibilities:

Collaborates with pharmacy and interdisciplinary leadership to develop and maintain policies and procedures Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies Provides oversight of controlled substance handling across the health system Leads efforts to prevent and detect drug diversion Participates in the multidisciplinary Controlled Substances Diversion Prevention (CSDP) Committee Supports site-level Diversion Response Teams Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Oversees regulatory compliance activities related to pharmacy operations across the health system

Certifications and Licensure:

Pharmacist -

State of FL Preferred:

Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY ‑ 2 residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership, Medication Safety, or equivalent.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Required Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in management and drug diversion prevention within a hospital or health system setting.

Other Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership competencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience with Pyxis ES/Knowledge Portal. Experience with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat. Experience with drug diversion software systems.
