Compliance Manager - Decatur, IL, Chicago, IL, OR Erlanger, KY Full-Time | Exempt Role Purpose The Compliance Manager is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for advancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of the organization's global compliance program through advanced data analytics, technology enablement, and enterprise risk assessment. This role requires expertise in compliance data analytics, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance technology platforms, including enterprise compliance ERPs and whistleblower/ethics helpline systems. This role serves as the subject matter expert and functional leader for compliance analytics and risk modeling. The individual will leverage advanced analytical techniques, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to identify compliance risks, trends, and insights, enabling proactive risk management and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Operating in a fast-paced, global, and highly regulated environment, this role serves as a trusted advisor to Compliance leadership, Legal and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Compliance Data Analytics & Insights Design, develop, and maintain advanced compliance analytics, dashboards, risk indicators, and executive reporting for senior leadership and the Board. Apply advanced analytical methods, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and emerging compliance risks. Establish and oversee compliance data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and scalability. Translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance compliance effectiveness and business decision-making. Enterprise Compliance Risk Assessment Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise and regional compliance risk assessments. Define and oversee the enterprise compliance analytics and risk strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business priorities Integrate internal data, external risk factors, regulatory developments, and business changes into risk evaluation methodologies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize risks and inform mitigation strategies, monitoring plans, and compliance initiatives. Establish frameworks for risk identification, scoring, prioritization, and monitoring. Own and evolve risk monitoring frameworks, including key risk indicators (KRIs), thresholds, and escalation protocols. Ensure risks are appropriately identified, evaluated, documented, and escalated across the organization. Provide decision support and recommendations to senior Compliance leadership regarding risk acceptance, mitigation strategies, and control effectiveness. Compliance Technology & Systems Serve as the SME and product owner for compliance technology solutions, including compliance ERPs and the whistleblower/ethics helpline. Lead or support selection, implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of compliance technology tools. Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for compliance analytics capabilities, including data, tools, and methodologies Drive automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience. Oversee vendor relationships, system controls, and performance metrics. Design and oversee development of advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Program Monitoring & Effectiveness Develop and execute continuous monitoring and testing activities to assess compliance program effectiveness. Establish KPIs and maturity metrics aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews. Investigations & Advisory Support Oversee administration of the whistleblower case management system, including review and triage of all complaints (initial intake review, risk and severity assessment, urgency of the matter, routing and assignment, to the appropriate regions and investigative departments), protocol compliance monitoring, and system enhancements. Provide data, analytics, and systems expertise in support of internal investigations and compliance reviews. Analyze helpline and case data to identify systemic issues, training needs, and program improvements. Prepare Board of Directors and Executive Committee metrics, key takeaways, action items. Advise Compliance leadership on trends, risk exposures, and strategic program enhancements. Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the Compliance function. Collaborate closely with Legal, Internal Audit, Risk, IT, HR, Global Security, and business teams. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of compliance analytics capabilities. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, audit, data analytics, or a related function. Demonstrated experience developing and executing compliance risk assessments. Advanced data analytics skills, including expertise in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools, and BI platforms. Proven experience implementing, managing, or optimizing compliance ERPs, case management systems, and whistleblower/ethics helplines. Strong understanding of global compliance program components and regulatory frameworks (e.g., anti-corruption, antitrust, data privacy, trade compliance). Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand, global environment. Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills. Preferred Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics in compliance or risk settings. Experience supporting or leading global compliance programs in complex, matrixed organizations. Certifications such as CCEP, CIA, CISA, or equivalent. 108763BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
