• Plant Quality Compliance Manager
• The Plant Quality Compliance Manager leads all plant‑level quality and compliance activities to ensure alignment with GMPs, FDA regulations, and applicable regulatory standards.

This role provides leadership to plant teams, ensures effective execution of CAPAs, maintains audit readiness, and serves as the SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives and elevates compliance risks and trends to plant and divisional leadership.

• Required Qualifications:

• + •Bachelor's degree (BS or BA).
• + •4+ years experience in food processing or manufacturing.
• + •4+ years experience with federal and state regulations, documentation systems, and statistical applications.
• + •2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• + •Working knowledge of Low Acid Food regulations, Infant Formula regulations, Kosher and Halal requirements, and other relevant regulatory standards.
