- Lead quality, compliance, and clinical excellence initiatives across the organization
- Oversee QAPI, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness efforts
- Manage accreditation preparation, surveys, audits, and ongoing compliance activities
- Analyze quality outcomes and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of accountability, education, and excellence Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required, Master's preferred
- Previous hospice quality, compliance, or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, accreditation standards, and QAPI
- CHPN certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year
- Quality or compliance certification preferred or willingness to obtain within two years
