Job Description SummaryLawyers and non-lawyers provide leadership and oversight to business operations to assure adherence to all aspects of internal company and external regulatory compliance. Drives appropriate mechanisms in place to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and adherence to corporate programs and practices. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
