This position will work closely with Brand / Design, Sourcing, Inventory Management, Global Offices, supplier matrix; testing and monitoring entities to ensure the compliance to the established standards. This position is accountable to make sure all requirements by our licensors are followed in regards to Sustainability. They are responsible for overseeing the remediation and corrective action plans with the factories. They are responsible for overseeing the required data and ensuring all CSR deadlines for the licensors and the FLA are met. Foster a positive working relationships with suppliers and factories to ensure their ability to adhere to sustainability goals and requirements. Monitor to ensure factory's complete the annual requirements for the Higg Index FEM. Responsible for the preparation of the annual Fiscal Budgets for the QA and Sustainability. Responsible to operate within and not exceed the agreed upon Fiscal budget. Report key Quality and Sustainability information/issues to executive management and organization in a timely and accurate manner. Direct and communicate operational procedures and expectations with departmental staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business Administration or related field Minimum of ten years' experience in apparel manufacturing and related functions Minimum of eight years' experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance Excellent planning and communication skills Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with competing priorities Ability to direct an international multicultural, multilanguage organization Intermediate experience using analytical tools, including ERP systems, packaged applications, customs applications and spreadsheets This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate.
