About the Role As a Compliance Manager at ACH Foam Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and environmental standards align with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining the company's commitment to sustainability and high-performance manufacturing standards. Responsibilities Oversee and manage regulatory compliance programs related to manufacturing and construction materials. Conduct regular audits of facilities to ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Develop and implement internal policies to mitigate operational risks. Collaborate with production teams to ensure insulation products meet modern building codes and standards. Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies. Requirements Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) (typically expected). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (typically expected). Pay:
$115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
