This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day field execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop high-performing teams supporting complex environmental programs. LDAR & BWON

Program Ownership Lead execution of LDAR and BWON monitoring, inventory, and compliance programs Ensure alignment with EPA, state, and site-specific regulations Oversee data integrity, calibration records, and reporting accuracy Support audits and ensure full regulatory readiness Drive SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives Team Leadership & Development Coach and mentor LDAR and inventory technicians Support hiring, onboarding, and field training Conduct performance feedback and corrective actions Coordinate scheduling, travel, and workforce planning Field Operations & Safety Enforce Job Safety Assessments (JSAs) and PPE compliance Ensure all certifications and training are up to date Partner with Safety leadership to maintain a strong safety culture Support field execution as needed to maintain operational continuity Client, Project & Business Support Lead project coordination and status communication Support quoting, estimating, and proposal development Identify opportunities to expand
