Service Center Branch Manager - Sales & Compliance

Fast-paced environment with growth potential Position Summary The Service Center Branch Manager is accountable for the safe, profitable, and efficient operation of the branch. This is a true general management role, combining P&L ownership, team leadership, customer relationship management, and business development into one seat. You will set the culture, drive performance, and serve as the face of the organization in your market. Responsibilities Lead all branch operations, including sales, customer service, warehouse, logistics, and inventory management Own and manage the branch P&L, including budget preparation and expense oversight Drive a safety-first culture with rigorous hazard identification, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-through Develop and execute annual branch business plans targeting both retention of existing business and acquisition of new accounts Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and providing consistent feedback and accountability Partner with regional and national sales teams to align branch strategy with broader organizational objectives Ensure compliance with all MRC policies, DOT regulations, and SOX guidelines Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement and responsive service Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Four or more years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, inside sales, or warehouse/distribution operations, including demonstrated leadership experience Prior experience in industrial distribution, PVF, MRO, or oilfield services strongly preferred Proven P&L management capability Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to be certified on forklift trucks, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment About Augmentis Augmentis is a specialized recruiting firm focused on accounting, finance, procurement, and engineering talent across the U.S. We partner with growth‑oriented companies to match high‑impact professionals with meaningful roles.
