Job Summary:
Job Description We are seeking a Director Compliance & Property Management in Saline Township, MI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing strategic infrastructure planning across multiple Data Centers, ensuring capacity optimization and alignment with forecasted rack demand. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving executive-level investment strategies that enable scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee coordination and alignment across planning functions, establishing governance structures and communication protocols to support strategic initiatives and long-term business objectives. Responsibilities Oversee strategic infrastructure planning to optimize Data Center utilization and align with business strategies. Champion organizational readiness for complex infrastructure challenges and direct cross-functional impact assessments. Drive executive-level investment strategies for scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure outcomes. Ensure coordination and alignment across planning functions, establishing governance structures and addressing systemic risks. Set strategic direction for site design and capacity modeling, integrating global insights to identify challenges. Drive executive alignment on impactful infrastructure investments to enhance long-term performance and scalability. Oversee integration of technical solutions to support large-scale site plans and manage risks and dependencies. Establish governance structures for risk management and ensure resolution of systemic deployment issues. Maintain consistency with long-term infrastructure strategy and operational objectives, including SLAs. Lead and guide multiple teams in managing complex projects, ensuring strategic objectives are met and resources are aligned. #LI-KC15

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
