Role:

Define requirements for rolling out consistent formats, templates, and content quality standards to ensure documentation and training materials meet market-readiness expectations. Establish audit requirements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory needs. Develop process tools, including standardized process flowcharts and RACI matrices for the organization's universal process library. Looking For:

Process Build & Optimization - Able to map, improve, and maintain informationrelated (incl. audit) workflows. Analytical Problem-Solving - Strong ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose practical, datadriven solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Effective communicator who partners well with engineering, product, quality, and service teams. 5+ years of experience process engineering, quality and/or compliance experience (incl.

ISO 9001

) Experience in process mapping / mining, running SPC and related data analysis Ideally, an understanding or experience in technical information management for a rough understanding of content strategy and knowledge management in large enterprises

Bachelor's:

Engineering, Business process/ Quality or similar management, technical communication/ knowledge management

Preferred:
