Full-Time ?? Job Summary We are seeking a Vehicle Homologation Administrator to support vehicle certification and regulatory compliance activities across gasoline, diesel, and hybrid programs. The role ensures all vehicles meet EPA and CARB regulatory requirements through proper documentation, coordination, and submission processes. ??? Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end vehicle homologation and certification activities Prepare and manage documentation for regulatory submissions Coordinate with engineering and calibration teams on compliance requirements Ensure vehicles meet emissions and regulatory standards prior to release Track certification timelines, approvals, and regulatory updates Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance verification Support submission processes for regulatory authorities ?? Key Skill Areas Vehicle testing & validation (emissions, safety, performance) Regulatory compliance review (EPA / CARB standards) Technical documentation preparation and submission Certification process understanding Coordination with engineering and calibration teams Emissions compliance knowledge Data accuracy, tracking, and reporting ?? Software & Tools Requirements Microsoft Excel (data tracking & reporting) Microsoft Word (documentation preparation) Microsoft PowerPoint (reporting & presentations) Microsoft Outlook & Teams (communication & coordination) General ability to adapt to compliance and engineering systems ??
