Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance Department 4112 - Legal Affairs/Gen Counsel/Bd Of Trustees Position Number 988815 Requisition No. S02714 Salary Range/Pay Rate $67,415 - $69,367 annually. Employee Group/Grade AP Band P Job Category Administrative-Professional Work Schedule FT/Reg (40 hours) Shift/Days This is a full-time position. Pay Schedule Month Number of Hrs./Wk. 40 Position Information Position Information Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of two (2) years' experience in collegiate athletics administration. Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Desired Qualifications Three (3) or more years of experience in athletics compliance. Master's and/or Juris Doctorate degrees. Experience with Teamworks Compliance and Recruiting software. All Qualifications Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered. Position Details Position Purpose To coordinate athletic rules and compliance for the athletic department. Serve as part of the Departments administrative team.
