Job Description

A great UHY client is seeking an Audit, Ethics & Investigations Manager to support and enhance a proactive ethics and compliance program within a global, complex manufacturing organization. This role will lead investigations, support compliance initiatives, and partner closely with executive leadership while serving as a highly visible contributor across the organization. The Audit, Ethics & Investigations Manager role is a hybrid position based in the Metro Detroit area. Audit, Ethics & Investigations Manager Responsibilities Lead and manage internal investigations within a manufacturing environment Support the development and execution of a proactive ethics and compliance framework Partner with executive leadership to present findings, risks, and recommendations Assist in building and maintaining policies, procedures, and compliance programs Collaborate cross-functionally across legal, HR, and operational teams Monitor compliance trends and identify areas of risk and improvement Support training and communication initiatives related to ethics and compliance Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters Audit, Ethics & Investigations Manager Requirements 7+ years of experience within ethics, compliance, investigations, or related field Experience within a complex, global manufacturing organization required Strong investigative background with the ability to manage sensitive matters Executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership Experience building or supporting compliance frameworks and programs Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA) or certifications (CFE, CPA, etc.) preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment•UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
