Organizational Responsibilities Adhere to St. Francis Health Services' Mission and Core Values while conducting company business. Serve on, participate in, and attend various committees as appointed by the Nursing Home Administrator. Implement and enforce all policies and procedures among staff. Monitor standards of care, service, and productivity to ensure a high quality of life for all residents. Provide prompt attention to deficiency notices or situations requiring corrective action. Utilize informational systems that help employees fully understand the HUD Assisted Living Facility's mission, philosophy, and operations. Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed. Participate in short
  • and long-range planning and implement measures that support organizational growth through education of physicians, community partners, and referral sources.
Remain current on health-related services, housing regulations, and management practices. Promote resident satisfaction through resident visits and other quality assurance measures. Work cooperatively with St. Francis Health Services to publicize services and maintain positive community relations. Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies, including government agencies, third-party payers, and community meetings as necessary. Supervision Reports directly to the Nursing Home Administrator. Individual Responsibilities In accordance with the principles and policies of Three Links, hire, evaluate, coach, and discipline employees. Supervise staff at Three Links Apartments and the live-in caretaker at Park Ridge Apartments. Coordinate housing-specific staff development and training, including Fair Housing, First Aid, and CPR. Maintain ongoing professional development through training programs and certifications relevant to HUD housing programs. Coordinate staff schedules and responsibilities to ensure effective program operations and teamwork. Address and document complaints and grievances from tenants, families, and visitors according to company policies and procedures. Assist in investigating and resolving complaints and housing support service concerns as delegated by the Nursing Home Administrator. Report communicable or infectious diseases to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a minimum occupancy rate of 92% across all apartment buildings and maintain active waiting lists for each site. Prepare annual operating budgets and manage expenses to ensure fiscal integrity of the developments. Prepare financial reports for the CFO, MHFA, HUD, and other agencies as required. Complete accounts payable responsibilities, including verifying and approving invoices in a timely manner. Participate in legal matters, including eviction proceedings, when necessary. Conduct regular apartment and facility inspections.
