Professional Manager

Overview Twin Oaks Independent Living is seeking a qualified Professional Manager to oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with Missouri DMH regulations . This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, reviewing documentation, and maintaining the integrity and quality of services provided to individuals we support. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support direct care staff and team leads Review daily progress notes and documentation for accuracy and compliance Ensure all services meet Missouri DMH standards and regulations Provide coaching, training, and corrective feedback to staff as needed Address performance concerns and support staff development Maintain strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance Minimum Qualifications Meets Missouri DMH criteria for Professional Manager , including: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (required) Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses Strong understanding of documentation and compliance requirements Effective communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience Experience in residential or community-based services Familiarity with DMH audits, ISP processes, and regulatory expectations

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
