Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Up to date knowledge in the up to date Mississippi Cannabis Metrc System
- Make sure the business stay within compliance regulations
- Help manage packaging staff to finalize orders
- Package finished products according to company standards and specifications
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any issues or defects
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of packaging activities
Qualifications:
- Metrc program experience
- Previous experience working in a cannabis warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with logic controllers and mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations is desirable
- Ability to use hand tools to assemble and fabricate packaging materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
