Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee RS&C post-entry operations including post summary corrections (PSC), protests, 1520(d) claims, and duty recovery programs. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of post-entry workflows aligned with CBP regulatory requirements. Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs to ensure audit-ready processes and consistency across teams. Design and deliver corporate training programs (virtual and in-person), enhancing technical capability and regulatory understanding. Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance. Manage complex escalations, high-risk compliance scenarios, and regulatory interactions with CBP and other agencies. Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists, supporting onboarding, cross-training, and continuous learning initiatives. What We Are Looking For Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement, someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day. U.S. Customs Broker License required, with strong expertise in post-entry processes and trade compliance. 6-8+ years of experience in customs brokerage operations, including post-entry corrections, audits, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills across operational and compliance teams. Ability to analyze data, interpret regulatory requirements, and translate insights into process improvements. Your Impact You will play a critical role in strengthening post-entry compliance and operational consistency across our customs brokerage network, ensuring audit-ready processes and regulatory accuracy. You will also shape the capability of our teams through scalable training programs, driving continuous improvement and enhancing overall performance.

Full Time Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
