Carolina Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Quality and Compliance Manager to support and enhance the organizations Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and quality initiatives. This role requires an active RN license and is responsible for assisting with monitoring, implementing, and evaluating organizational processes and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and standards of practice requirements while promoting high-quality patient care across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality and Compliance, this position plays a key role in supporting quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and organizational compliance efforts throughout Carolina Caring. This is a full-time position offering an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and a retirement program.
