Full Job Description Position:
Compliance Manager We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with strong knowledge of home health operations and North Carolina Medicaid regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance activities, audits, and clinical coverage processes to ensure the agency remains fully compliant. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain compliance with NC Medicaid rules and regulations Conduct internal audits and review agency documentation Ensure all clinical coverage requirements are properly met Review policies and procedures for compliance accuracy Identify compliance risks and provide corrective action plans Work closely with management and clinical teams Prepare reports and maintain audit records Stay updated on changes in Medicaid and home health regulations Requirements Experience with NC Medicaid rules and regulations Strong home health industry experience Clinical coverage knowledge Audit and compliance experience Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability Ability to manage multiple compliance priorities Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a home health compliance leadership role Experience preparing for state audits or surveys Knowledge of EVV systems and documentation compliance
