We believe agents perform best when they have leadership, accountability, structure, and support behind them. We are looking for a Compliance Manager who can help maintain high operational standards while supporting agents throughout the transaction process. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in real estate operations, confident in compliance oversight, and passionate about helping agents grow while protecting the integrity of the brokerage. This is a leadership level role that requires strong communication, organization, problem solving, and a deep understanding of North Carolina real estate compliance. Responsibilities Review contracts and transaction files for accuracy and compliance Ensure all documentation meets North Carolina Real Estate Commission requirements and company standards Assist agents with contract questions, disclosures, timelines, and compliance procedures Monitor files from contract to close to ensure deadlines and required documents are completed Help improve and maintain systems, workflows, and compliance processes Support onboarding and training for new agents regarding compliance expectations Communicate professionally with agents, vendors, attorneys, and leadership Identify issues proactively and help resolve them efficiently Maintain organized records and transaction documentation Help create accountability and operational consistency across the brokerage Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry required North Carolina Broker License required Broker In Charge (BIC) designation required or willingness/ability to obtain shortly after hire Strong understanding of North Carolina real estate contracts, disclosures, and compliance standards Previous experience in brokerage operations, compliance management, transaction coordination, or leadership strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and confidence Comfortable working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for long term leadership growth Collaborative and supportive team environment Access to industry leading systems and technology Opportunity to help shape brokerage operations and agent experience A culture focused on growth, accountability, and support Why Raleigh Realty?
