Starting at $150K+ (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to lead and support environmental programs across multiple operational sites. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a high-visibility position offering the opportunity to influence environmental strategy and support a variety of operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead environmental compliance initiatives across multiple sites Ensure adherence to environmental policies, permits, and regulatory requirements Oversee reporting, documentation, and communication with regulatory bodies Conduct audits, inspections, and internal reviews Manage environmental programs and continuous improvement efforts Identify and mitigate environmental risks Support projects to ensure environmental considerations are built into planning and execution Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Provide training and promote environmental awareness Stay informed on regulatory changes and assess potential impacts Leadership & Scope Direct oversight of 1 team member with broader cross-functional collaboration Works closely with leadership and operational teams Supports environmental budgets and related initiatives Reports to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 7-10+ years of environmental compliance or management experience Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting, and reporting Experience working with regulatory agencies and managing audits Experience supporting projects from an environmental standpoint Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Work Environment Combination of office and field-based environments Exposure to varying conditions depending on site visits Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours when required Why This Role?
