Position Responsibilities:
Strategy & Policy Development:
Develop and implement environmental strategies and action plans.

Lead the adoption of environmental policies and practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental legislation.

Stay updated on new environmental laws and regulations.

Coordinate and prepare regulatory reporting and permit renewals.
Monitoring & Auditing:
Conduct environmental audits and impact assessments.

Analyze and report environmental performance to stakeholders.
Training & Communication:
Train staff in environmental responsibilities and compliance.

Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and internal departments.
Operational Oversight:
Manage pollution control, waste management, recycling, and conservation efforts.

Oversee hazardous waste documentation and disposal.

Coordinate environmental monitoring and sampling activities.

Regulate the flow of reportable material (RM or FG) in and out the facility. Review requirements and work with area manager to establish compliance with regulations.
Project & Vendor Management:
Manage environmental service agreements and vendor contracts.

Review construction/repair plans for environmental implications.

Drive the MOC and CAPEX permitting portion. Supervisory responsibilities Manage relationships with environmental consulting firms
